Compassionate Care Rooted in Experience

Hello, I’m Nicole White, President, CEO & Chief Caregiving Officer of A & N Healing Hearts Inc. My journey into healthcare began with a deep love for physical therapy, which later grew into a passion for nursing. I come from a family of heart and purpose—my biggest inspiration being my mother, who worked as a secretary on the pediatric floor at Cook County Hospital. She was a natural problem solver and a calming presence, and she showed me early on what compassionate care truly means.

After more than 15 years working as a physical therapy assistant, I witnessed a critical gap between hospitalization and long-term geriatric wellness. That realization led me to nursing, where I could better understand and support the whole person behind each patient. Working across hospitals, rehab centers, and in-home care, I saw the revolving door so many families face when trying to secure trustworthy, consistent, and life-enhancing care.

That’s why I founded A & N Healing Hearts—named after my mother and me. It’s a reflection of her legacy and my commitment to deliver personalized, competent, and compassionate care for older adults. My vision is to see our geriatric wellness and caregiving model adopted as the standard in home and community-based care.
